Ozo organic espresso steeped in our milk,cream & sugar for 18 hours. OZO Coffee is a coffee roaster out of Boulder, Colorado! We use their Isabelle Espresso roast- a heavy, chocolaty, smoky and sweet espresso for our ice cream.
